We start with drawings and digital alignment before getting into the construction. Our goal is to create a “digital twin” of what we’re building and use that as the basis for pricing, scheduling, and coordination. Taking this approach allows us to be very accurate with costs and resolve many questions before mobilizing. Renovations always come with some unknowns, but we try to eliminate as many as possible upfront.
